INVISALIGN CLEAR ALIGNERS IN REDMOND

Straighter Teeth Planned Within the Bigger Picture of Your Oral Health

Clear aligner treatment can improve tooth position and smile appearance, but successful planning begins with more than choosing a series of trays. The health of the teeth and gums, bite, tooth shape, existing restorations, spacing, and the patient’s long-term goals all need to be considered.

At Fine Dental Arts, Dr. Behshid evaluates alignment as part of your overall dental condition. Her comprehensive and restorative perspective can be especially helpful when clear aligner treatment is being considered before whitening, bonding, veneers, crowns, implants, or replacement of missing teeth.

Digital planning with iTero scanning

The iTero scanner captures a detailed digital model of your teeth and bite—without conventional impression material. Digital records support evaluation and treatment planning and may allow you to preview the direction of proposed tooth movement. The projected simulation is a planning aid and does not guarantee an exact final result.

Your treatment process

1. Comprehensive evaluation. We assess your teeth, gums, bite, alignment, dental history, and goals.

2. Digital records and planning. An iTero scan and other necessary records are obtained to develop an individualized plan.

3. Active aligner treatment. You wear a sequence of aligners and return for progress evaluations as directed.

4. Retention and long-term care. Retainers help maintain the result after active movement is complete.

Is Invisalign right for every case?

No. Clear aligners are effective for many patients, but the appropriate treatment depends on the type and complexity of movement needed, oral health, and patient cooperation. Dr. Behshid will explain whether clear aligners appear suitable or whether an orthodontic specialist’s evaluation would be beneficial.
