Clear Information. Respectful Assistance. No Avoidable Surprises.

We believe patients should understand the anticipated cost of care and their financial responsibility before treatment whenever possible. Our team will provide an estimate based on the information available and answer questions about payment and insurance procedures.

Using dental insurance

Dental insurance is an agreement between the patient, employer, and insurance company. Benefits, exclusions, annual maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, frequency limitations, and fee allowances vary considerably among plans—even when plans are issued by the same company.

As a courtesy, our team can help verify available benefits and submit claims based on the information provided by your plan. Any estimate of insurance payment is not a guarantee. The patient is ultimately responsible for charges not paid by the insurance company.

List of major insurances: Aetna, Cigna, Delta, GEHA, Guardian, Premera, Principal, MetLife, United Concordia, United Health, Regence, Lincoln.

Before treatment

  • We will review the recommended treatment and anticipated fees.

  • For larger treatment plans, we can discuss sequencing and available payment arrangements.

  • If requested or clinically appropriate, a pre-treatment estimate may be submitted to the insurance company; this is not a guarantee of payment.

  • Please inform us promptly of any change in insurance coverage or personal information.

Payment options

Payment is expected according to the practice’s current financial policy. We accept checks, cash or credit cards, and financing is available through CareCredit. Please contact our team for information about accepted payment methods and any financing options currently available.
